International Yoga Day Celebration at Blind Institute
In celebration of International Yoga Day, Acharya Anita dedicated her morning to the visually impaired students at the Blind Institute in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. She conducted a light yoga session, practiced pranayama, and discussed the importance of yoga
