Acharya Anita’s organization, the Sarvha Foundation, is commencing a program aimed at educating and raising awareness among individuals regarding mindfulness meditation and spirituality. This session will be held every Saturday evening, from 5 pm to 6:30 pm, at the esteemed venue of Sangeet Shyamala in Vasant Vihar, Delhi.
On the Sunday, 1st of October, 2023, in tribute of the International Day for Older Persons, Acharya Anita engaged in a highly interactive and fruitful day with the elderly women residing in a New Delhi-based retirement facility.
At the Dr. Ambedkar International Center in New Delhi, Acharya Anita got the chance to take part in a conference on social entrepreneurship, where she gave a stirring speech to the audience.
The yoga and spiritually interactive programs for senior citizens at Aradhana Old Age Home were highly successful.

Acharya Anita, led a yoga session held at the Nepalese Embassy in New Delhi prior to the occasion of International Yoga Day. Various ambassadors, diplomats, and special guests from the embassies of Italy, Japan, Turkey, Belarus, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Argentina participated in the yoga session.
On the second day of the Spiritual Retreat event in Rishikesh, yoga, meditation, and a Vedic Havana process were performed.
Recently Acharya Anita’s Sarvha Foundation and The Global Trade and Technology Council India (GTTCI) proudly hosted a transformative Spiritual Retreat event in Rishikesh. Prominent members of society and distinguished ambassadors and diplomats were drawn to this remarkable event in order to begin a life-changing path of spiritual study and personal development.
